Unprofessional, take their time to get people into a home. They will have their sad excuses and take the 4 day weekend first & then the work they do is still janky & half a** :/ I applied to two different rentals at two different realty management offices. It took “AHPM” 2 days to do the job and it took 1 week and a half for this management to do. 🥴 … no thanx.

Maintenance is jus horrible had a leaking cooler that made my wall drip with water it cause mold to build they haven’t painted it it’s just a mess I’ve been calling maintenance since December it’s the end of June now and still isn’t properly fixed

Lived in 2 of their properties for over 6 years, took them 2 years to tell me the broken window in the front was my problem to fix, but if I kept telling you why did you say you would send someone. Then decide 2 years of not doing anything, that now it's my problem? The sink is falling out, the ceilings leak when it rains, we've had tiles falling out of the ceiling. The roof is covered in moss, the fences were all broken falling down til the neighbors fixed their sides, but my back one is still broken and never fixed. My electric bill is in the thousands, cause there's no weather proofing. Windows leak when it rains, cold breezes everywhere, in the summer it's always hot in here. I can't afford to use the heater or cooler cause everything escapes through the windows that are falling out of the frames. These people are a joke and when you call Scott all he says is I'll see if I can find someone but I don't know when they can get to you. It's been 2 months since I asked for help. The nights are in the 30's and we have to bundle up with the children to keep them warm at night. I hate these people. Honestly they never fix anything, they're rude and they act like everything is your fault. And don't even get me started on moving from one property to the next. They charged my full deposit and wanted an extra $40 for things my husband had fixed while we lived there! I'm pretty sure my place has mold after all this and guess what they'll probably charge me for that too...

I recently moved in to our condo, and thanks to Able PM it was a smooth process. My property manager was efficient and made sure that all of needs were met. Hi Alexis. We work with applicants with all types of credit. We do not base our approval process on a specific credit score. We take into consideration the entire application. In addition to the credit report, we base approval on your rental references and income.
For an apartment your income must be 2 times the rent. For an apartment your income must be 3 times the rent.
Hi Rhonda. If an eviction shows up during the application process then the application would be declined.
