I have had D Best Realty manage my house for several years. They did an excellent job of managing the property. They found quality long term tenants that took pretty good care of the property. They were always very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. When it came time to finally sell the house they handled everything and were very calm and reassuring through the whole process! Everything worked out very well. If I still had a rental, I would use them. Highly recommend. They have very reasonable rates and provide a great service!

As an out of town property owner, they make me feel at ease knowing that I can call them and actually get an employee on the phone and not a machine with a million options. I have been satisfied with the services they have provided to me for over 6 years now.

I wish I could give this place a zero rating. My landlord goes through D Best Realty aka Deerot Realty and they are absolutely horrible to deal with. They are never there at the office on time and sometimes they are closed on days that are not even holidays. When it comes to needing maintenance on the house, you're given a time and date but no one shows up. I've complained about my faucets leaking badly but was told "if it still works, then it doesn't need to be fixed/replaced." To add to it, the workers don't speak English which makes it hard to communicate and understand them.
