Just had the best customer experience of my life with Bryan. They did an annual service on my pellet stove and were so friendly and knowledgeable. The work was thorough and done cleanly. In April of 2019 Bryan and Bryan repaired my tired pellet stove. They were happy to take my 900 plus dollars and I was happy with the way my stove was running. Fast forward to October 2019 at the start of a new heating season I was getting an error code and could not get my stove started. I called Bryan for some help. He was exasperated and whining about how busy he was. He made a suggestion which didn't correct the problem, when I called him back he refused to answer or return my calls. I spent the winter of 2019-2020 with no pellet stove after investing over $900 in it. In August of 2020 I decide to contact him during the summer thinking that perhaps they won't be as busy. Crickets! After leaving multiple messages it is apparent that he is refusing to acknowledge or return my calls. Good luck with these guys!
