I had to order my new truck, after waiting two months I was told in order to get my truck built I would need to remove my spray in bed liner and my gooseneck hitch, I was told the cost of these items would be removed from the final price, once the truck came in they raised the price after much complaining they agreed to the original price with these items. I was told I had to pay for these items or they would sell the truck to someone else. I paid for items I did not receive. I have called and asked to talk to someone about my problems, a month later no return calls, I would go to another dealer. This is not the first truck I had purchased from them, so a return customer doesn't mean much either.

I've been looking for a vehicle for several months now and live in the Washington DC area. With the markups the dealerships are doing it's absolutely robbery. So I found Solomon Ford on the internet. From the get-go I dealt with Matt who was my salesman. Matt was straightforward, fair, and very friendly. He was great. Dealership gave me an absolutely wonderful price on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. So much so that I drove 4 1/2 hours one way from Washington d.c. to the Pittsburgh area to get the car. Upon arrival the car was cleaned and as advertised. There were no high-pressure tactics and the dealership was well taken care of and clean. My motto is if a dealership is going to take advantage of you when you're trying to give them your money, can you imagine how they're going to treat you when they have your money. This dealership isn't like that from my experience and I only wish that I was closer so that I could use them for service-related issues. It's nice to see that there are still hometown dealerships in America that treat you well. Very happy with every aspect of this purchase and highly recommend.

Very good buying experience. Finance Dept. was very kind and courteous. Only problem I had was I was charged $495.00 for service and prep and did not get any gas in the car? Had to fill up before I was able to make it home. Other than that probably the best car buying experience I have had.
