I had a client that wants to buy a mobile home there from a private party, but the buyer has to apply with the park for the space rent of $650. But they are very unscrupulous because they don't tell you what their qualification guidelines are!? which they should know or tell you what they are! If not this is Discrimination and Not following Fair Housing anti-discrimination laws!!

I moved to Victorvilla almost 2 years ago and love the park, my neighbors and the friendly manager, Jessica! Costs run a little high largely contributed by high utility bills. I’m hoping to be able to hire an electric contractor to install some solar panels and controllers to take advantage of our wonderful solar availability! Thanks Jessica for contributing to Victorvilla’s being such a great place to live!

I'm a housekeeper for a resident here. He loves the activities the park provides, and I rarely ever hear him complain about the management. I notice the property is always neat and tidy. While driving through the park people wave and smile as I drive through. There is not enough of that friendliness these days.

It is considerably less than it is here in North Lake Tahoe! I'd guess about half. Maybe $650-$700?
They currently have some for sale in their website. However, not everything for sale is listed online. Space cost is $650. This is based on information given to me a year ago when I was going to buy a mobile home there.

While working in the mobile home park I do see a couple of rentals
Your dog breed cannot be on the "Prohibited Dog Breed" list. For example, if you have a pitbull then you cannot have that one because it's a breed listed as prohibited.

They are only for adults 55 + years old. They don't rent they sell mobile homes.
