I got my livescan done here, not only did they not fill out my form right they delayed my ability to start working for until May. Not only did they not value my time or my reason for frustration. I heard them openly mock me when I was standing just outside the door.

I want to apologize, I did not write the review regarding you answering the phone and I have never been to your store. I live in Texas. I am changing my review to a 5 star because I believe addressing any concern immediately is very important in customer service. Again, I am sorry I have no idea where that came from. Today was my first visit to this UPS Store and it was a very pleasant experience. Ronny was very polite and helpful and offered great suggestions as to how I should send my box. I was in and out in record time. I will definitely go back.
