Renting suits for a bridal party. Was yelled at by what seemed to be a manger for trying to us it. I was told myself and 4 year old daughter could walk to another store. Would have walked out if I could have.

My son and husband visited store 3518 on 4/5/22 to shop for prom clothes. My husband purchased pants for my son and they were told that he could not try on shirts unless they were purchased because they were wrapped up. But you all have a return/exchange policy so ultimately you'll be receiving an unwrapped shirt through the return process. I understand not using the new shirts for try ons but what about sample shirts? What gives the employee a right to now allow a try on of a shirt, unless the place is franchised or something? Also, customer service said that shirts could be tried on! Additionally he was sized, so I used that to purchase online but the neck is too tight. So now, I have to return and repurchase all because of a lazy employee making up his own rules! I will be reposting this review on all forums!

We had my future husband fitted for his free tux since he has 7 groomsman. However, when we got to the fitting we was told they didn't have the jacket and that since the jacket is going to be discontinued had to pay for his tux without the jacket. I said it's not my fault you don't have the jacket. His tux was supposed to be free. They did nothing to help me. This is unprofessional and careless to say we don't have it so since we don't have it you just have to pay. We will not use them ever again!
