We followed Dr. Crain over from another vet when she joined this team. Unfortunately, we've experienced horrible customer service since from the front desk staff. I ordered our flea/tick/heartroom preventative from Chewy. Chewy stated the prescription was declined. I contacted this location to find out why. Our doggies needed a yearly heartworm test (didn't know this was even a thing). We had visited 2 months prior and was not given a heads up on this. I let the lady know I wasn't aware of this and now our girls won't have their medicine and she told me I should be more on top of my pets needs. 🙃 I was never told this. I tried scheduling a visit for both our dogs and told them 2 days of the week that weren't good for me. She told me I need to be more flexible (yes this is how they talk) then told me the best she could do is schedule one at 830am and another at 3pm or I can go elsewhere. It's just the inconsiderate tone. This isn't the only unpleasant situation we've had. I'm normally very patient and not one to complain, but when you have our pets in your care and you treat us like this it's not a good look. Dr. Crain, please re-evaluate who you are working with.

My first visit here was awesome and the front desk gal was super helpful and nice. The vet did a wellness exam and recommended I bring in a stool sample for my kitten and just drop it off. I called later to drop off the sample and they quoted me to drop off the sample. The next day I came to drop off the stool sample and the front desk girl was very unhelpful. She told me I could not just drop off a sample without an exam and I explained to her that I already had an exam and the vet recommended that I drop off the sample. She reluctantly takes the sample and charges me. I asked her for the itemized receipt so I can submit it for insurance and she says she can’t give me one because she doesn’t know if they can do the tests without an exam visit so the receipt is just a charge but doesn’t say what service was provided. Later she calls me to tell me there is nothing wrong with the stool sample and tries to give me medical advice on what to feed my cat. She recommended I feed him just plain chicken and rice and i asked if that’s okay for a three month old kitten and she responds whatever you think is best and that i could go somewhere else??? I don’t think a receptionist should be giving me advice. I paid $105 for someone with no veterinary degree to be discussing medical results at a pet hospital??? I ask her if I can speak to the vet and she says no I need an appointment to talk about the results. I then asked her I can get an itemized receipt because I got the results and the sample was sent out and she said no again. (I think she just didn’t know how to do this) This is Sunday 7/24/22 at 1pm. The large young woman working at the front desk was very unhelpful, rude, and incompetent. I think her name was Jovanna. Avoid at all costs. I will not be taking my pet here for any future appointments.

Banfield Pet Hospital, I don't always feel they give my dog the best care. They are part of a cooperation. And that's not always a good thing! I'm not happy on how the banfield insurance plan is set up either My dog is 13, and has a tumor, and I feel that they gave up on her because of her age. also if they had removed it, when it was small, we would not be in this situation, or writing this review.

Brought my cat here recently. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. They took care of my cat, Olive, and made her feel welcomed. The doctor took care of my cat and told me everything. The office was clean and well kept. All the receptionist were kind and asked if I was helped already. Thank you very much!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
