We were solicited to purchase the rafting, after a cancellation of the tubing due to wrong dates and them postponing tubing season. We were told we would get a refund for the tubing and a certain price for the rafting due to cancellations and they wanted to fill the raft. We did not get refund for 4 days and that was after I had to fight for it. And were overcharged not what they offered. The customer service of the office staff was like speaking to a teenager with a huge chip on their shoulder wanting to argue and be right was far more important than kindness or customer service. While I would have given them 5 star for the tour guide Wagner and the experience, now I will never go back nor recommend and caution others to not trust them and make sure everything is in writing. Check before you go, that was my mistake I trusted what was said to us and we had 30 minutes to drive and get to the meeting place and did not check my email, who would when driving and in short time. Well when I saw the overcharge and no refund the next day I then looked. When I called the office gal she refused to hear me, interrupted several times and was boldly rude and would not let me speak to the manager, said I had to wait 3 days to speak to the person that I spoke to, who was just as argumentative and rude. I never got to speak to a manager and received a nasty reply to my emailing them for a correction to price. Poor business ethics all around and very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

My whole family had a really fun experience! All of the guides and staff were super friendly. Our guide was very experienced and was able to navigate the river really well. Henry, our guide, was able to surf the rapids and get us into a really cool cave. He was also really knowledgeable about different spots along the river to check out later. I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone who asks. Thanks for the great experience Henry!

Braden was our instructor/guide and he was awesome! He made us all feel comfortable and kept us laughing the whole time and he led us right to all the great spots perfectly! The entire group of guides were all friendly and made sure you got the most out of the experience, We will definitely be coming back soon!

Wagner was an awesome guide! It was the first rafting trip that our family of 5 had ever done, so we were a little nervous before starting, but then immediately knew that we were in expert hands. He made it fun and exciting. We felt very safe, with just the right amount of thrills experienced all along the river, and interesting information shared along the way.
