I visited the pharmacy here. This facility has a medical clinic, an urgent care clinic a pharmacy, and a X-ray/imaging clinic. Be aware each of these separate offices seem to have separate slightly non-synchronized hours especially around holidays. Kaiser seems to do a good job running all this. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they are open generally open evenings and week. I won't list there hours here as they seem to change in minor ways once or twice a year.

Worst experience! I came in with pain after a fall from snowboarding... the nurse came out and said “we have no diagnostics here. There’s nothing we can do.” I told him I would go to the ED... then they ended up sending me to drive myself to get an mri in San Jose... I couldn’t even hold my neck up. I sat in pain for hours driving n waiting for the mri. Turns out I had a C6 fracture. Worst painful experience. Never trust Kaiser.

Each member of staff has consistently shown professionalism, generosity, efficiency, and warm kindness at every visit. They have all gender bathroom in the medical area of the second floor (photo shown) and gender binary bathrooms facing each other in the waiting area (shown). Overall a singularly welcoming, comforting atmosphere. The patient ambassadors in the waiting room are phenomenal, and the design and decor throughout are commendable. 💖

My friend who has the flu and is coughing terribly and is very dizzy went to the urgent Care this morning. She was treated very unsympathetically, had to wait 4 hours to see a doctor and when he finally came in said " how are you other than your kidneys and eyes" which showed he must have read the wrong chart. The nursing care was awful, she froze for two hours in the exam room with no one seeming to care about her whatsoever. I give this clinic a "D" !!!
