Poorly insulated units old '70s aluminum window frames needs major upgrade for the price they are charging is outrageous gets hotter inside the units with the AC on than it is outside they do allow dogs and it seems like everyone there has one

Nice place liked that it was pet friendly plus the outdoor cooking area they provide and the pool make it that much nicer especially in the summer

I lived there a few years ago. Good luck If the management hasn't been changed because those people will rip you off and deduct part of your security deposit no matter what, even if they have to lie. Shame!

Terrific office staff, helpful maintenance staff and friendly neighbors. It's quick to feel like home. Great places to walk nearby. Close to Claremont Village and Colleges. Decent laundry facilities, nice grounds and a pretty good pool.
