If you're reading this while panicking or urgently contemplating which locksmith to call (even in the DMV area, even if you have a strange lock), have no hesitation and call this shop. Boy, am I glad for Ave. He is true master of his craft; he's honest, and diligent. After losing my keys while out of state, Ave responded to my AAA ping, and called me within minutes. He went through meticulously to make sure that he had the right equipment for this unusual, late-model keyfob. He communicated throughout, was patient and extremely responsive. He worked tirelessly to cut two keys, program and reprogram the fobs (the car's programming is far from straightforward, requiring multiple workarounds, which he figured out), and put me at ease in an otherwise terrible situation. Ave is very straightforward, very obviously has been a locksmith for a long time, and has full integrity.

Tommy and Jessica came to my house to help me in an EMERGENCY situation. My daughter stuck a plastic fork in my ignition switch and turned it and a piece broke off. To say I was livid was an under statement. I had tried EVERYTHING I could to try pry this "piece" out but I did not succeed. Tommy on the other hand 🙏🙌....They weren't here long. He was able to move the piece out so the ignition wouldn't recognize that there was anything in there. So within 5 minutes or so he was able to put my key in and start my car!!!! This was the happiest I have been in 2 days. They are great! Fast service! Very professional and Polite! He did not charge me extraction fee so with this amazing service they deserve tip ontop of the service call!! I got a new pickup on Saturday and on Sunday I locked my keyfob in the truck while it was running! Jessica was there within 20 minutes and opened it! She made me a spare key and gave me a magnetic box. Superb service!
