They only allow RVs to dump at 7am. First time we came out at 7am we had an employee do our sanitation, left with a busted fuel line. Twice we did the 15 mile drive back out in rush hour traffic for 7am only to discover they were not opened nor would an employee be available but “for the same price” we could do it ourself.

Had the company come out on friday to dump my rv. Husband got I'll couldn't make it to dump. . Guys come out hook up turn on about less than 10 gives me thumbs up. . Pay 125 mind you, but in a bind what the heck. . Sunday load up get 10 minutes and my rv smells like a porta potty. . Find a dump.. it's over half full. This company is a RIP off and I feel like they took advantage of me being a newbie and a woman. Their loss cause with a ill husband I'll probably need mobile dump. . Just wont use them. * In regards to owners reply 1 .. over the loud noise of your equipment all you hear is a suction noise. After about 10 he disconnected and gave me a thumbs up. . But the 25 dollars I paid today to dump my half full system has nothing to do with a senor showing stuff in it. THE STUFF I DISPOSED OF WAS PROFF ENOUGH. I paid cause I thought this was a professional company. I've never used a company i did it myself but i started i had a ill husband. But that's here not there. Your reply as a business owner reflects your work. You act like it was my fault your shady workers pulled a fast one and I wrote a review on google. . Last 125 + tip from this money will go else where. . You didnt even try to rectify the problem. .

The place was very nice and clean. I've never been to a public dump station where the staff helps out.
