Worst place ever! My grandma stayed only for a week and we had to take her out as soon as possible. They don’t care for their patients. She was never showered. When she needs help they took hours. Don’t bother bringing a loved one here. If you can’t care for people please find another occupation. My grandma is traumatized.

Well I don’t know who got paid to give this place 4 stars but check yelp. It’s not a dirty place and of course people ACT! Friendly but my father has go e threw some bad experiences in at this facility I’ll just say this 1 or 2 min. Of therapy is what they give him if that. We had to take him to the hospital cause of incompetence of some staff not checking his medical log and using there common sense. Don’t be fooled.

I was at this hospital for 2 months. They allowed me to keep my service dog with me. The kitchen staff gave me very good meals. I just had to ask. BLT for breakfast everyday. Lots of sandwiches in addition to meals. The staff were great people. It has a lawn area with trees for patients to meet and nice view. Thanks to Lourdes, Laurie, And the nurses.

Forget about contacting your family member by phone in this place. They put you on hold upwards of 20 min each time & then hang up on you. It takes 3-5 calls no matter ehat the time to get through to anyone just to be told the cordless phone isnt available or she is sleeping. As I said no matter what time, 19am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, 8pm, etc. They always say she is sleeping. Last time I was there my mom eas so over sedated I couldnt get her to stay awake lo g enough to complete a full sentence more less understand her words. The second day, once they knew I eas in town she wasnt as sedated and I did finally get to talk to her Dr about the sedation. However since Im not able to be there daily they keep asking her daily if I have called & when am I coming. She tells me about it everytime I call. There is so much more to say about the treatment she has received there but I will say this. If you are not local dont let your loved one get put into a care center where you cant ne there daily if necessary. Evil things happen when you arent looking. Things that would make the devil himself sick. Please be cautious. There are some great nurses but there are a few who shouldnt be allowed oxygen. They should be in prison. Thats all I will say.

Yes and no. Yes, they accept Medicare and Medical patients. No, they are privately owned by a corporation that is profit driven.
