Asked 2 different employees about an item i needed, they checked the system and said it was correct and the refill pack was correct i got home and the item was incorrect i had to go back to office depot to change it and they were rude

Take them in with your receipt, but maybe it would have been better to point it out before paying for it I'm sure they would have redone it again without hesitation.
