The service was prompt and I'm starting to feel some positive results. I would recommend Chicago Neck & Back Institute for anyone who's suffering from back or/and neck issues because there are not a lot of honest physicians who are going to give you the pain relief that is needed.

It's depends I guess but they have(or at least used to have not sure ) coupons on fridays. Flyres with discount visit. You can pass by a friday and pick one up and ask for the appointment

Mr. Izquierdo, Your car accident was from 2017. I explained to you that we would be unable to bill any car insurance because your accident was so old. I further explained we would be happy to see you through your health insurance, but that it would require a referral from your primary physician. Your health plan has specific requirements for treatment under their plan otherwise the visit would have been an out of pocket expense. I called your attorney to let them know our office policies and let them know what we explained to you. If I can be of further assistance please call.
