I loved my hair stylist! Unfortunately, twice our gift cards weren’t accepted. Partly due to the pandemic, we go to get haircuts. I still went recently and they wouldn’t accept $170 worth of gift cards. They promised to contact me to fix it …We are very sorry to hear of your experience. This is not typical and unfortunately was not brought to the attention of the management. Our gift cards do not expire and as such seems unusual that you would have been denied use. We are unable to find anyone with your name who has visited our Salon in the past year. We would very much like to hear from you and work to resolve the issue with your gift card.
