So dissatisfieding My quarterponder with cheese had tomatoes and manoyasie lettuce and onions?? The food is Just not the way it used to be. Disappointing !

They're rarely friendly. When I use the 20% on the app it either makes it so they don't have my order or they charge more because they won't honor the in app purchase price. My food has been cold upon getting it multiple times. And they'll let you sit in the curbside pickup area for over 10 minutes, which wouldnt be a big deal if the app didn't say it'll be there in about 5 minutes. Just not a good mcdonald's. If they aren't paid well, I definitely don't blame the employees, but it's still not a great experience.

They only ever have one lane open for drive thru. Anytime you go, you’re waiting at least 20 minutes. I went this morning about 10 AM and sat in line for 20 minutes before leaving. I had just bought cold groceries, that’s why I didn’t continue to wait. The car at the ordering window had been sitting there for over 5 minutes. When I drove around the building, they had no other cars at the pay or pick up windows.

placed a mobile order @ 9 o’clock just to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes, literally seeing the employees holding the phone, but not answering. called several times to see what was going on for them to start with “the system went down” mind you the order was a literal iced coffee & sweet tea that was PREPAID.🤔 then the manager says “we’re actually closed”. now everytime i mobile order, my food is literally inedible. if i could give it a 0, i would.
