I absolutely love going to Orange Theory! The classes are intense and such a great work out. All of the coaches and stuff are so sweet and know you by your name. Highly recommend trying out a class, you will be hooked!!

After only a few classes at Orangetheory Garwood, I immediately started feeling stronger, healthier, and an overall sense of balance (hello, sweat therapy!). The periodic challenges and friendly competitions taught me that I can push myself to higher limits and actually enjoy the process. I'm so thankful for joining this fit fam over 5 years ago. Thank you to the amazing coaches and staff for allowing me the opportunity to continually set and reach new goals!

I went many years without finding a workout that I love but also challenges me in a way that lets me know I’m growing and improving…until I came to OTF Garwood. Been coming regularly for over a year now and I know that I’m stronger because I can track it through their system to see exactly how I’ve improved. And they also have an amazing staff; the operations crew is always helpful and friendly, and the coaches push me hard but are also a great resource for modifications for injury or discomfort. I truly look forward to my workouts here.

Format of the class a good concept, but does not function well as a gym membership. Several of the coaches do not pay attention to your form and you have to self advocate to check if you are doing the workout properly which could lead to injury. I repeatedly ended up on equipment that is not working properly, most specifically the screens that track your workout often are not working properly. Several times the same coach made me stay on those machines even if others were available. For over $200 a month the machines should all be working, broken equipment should be a rarity. Since there is no open gym time, there is no flexibility. So if your schedule gets crazy, be prepared to throw your money away. Finally, I moved a 30 minute drive away and cannot make any of the scheduled classes and they won't let me out of my contract. This is the first gym I have not been able to leave after moving. Looking forward to rejoining the athletic club I was a member of previously. More flexibility, more class variety, more perks, and less expensive.
