All was great. Communications need improvements. I had to keep calling to get updates. Why lie on the delay - be straight forward. At the end was told that they're backed up. Ok, that would had been nice to have been told the first time I called.

My repair was good. The staff is friendly & courteous. That said, their communication leaves much to be desired. 3 days after dropoff I received a text that my parts were in & work would begin. 7 days later I received a text stating that they were shooting for end of day completion, but car would most likely be ready on Monday. When I called Monday, I got a flim flam excuse about the failure of the text system. My question was, why not call me??? I was assured that car would be ready “end of day” the following day. I advised that I would be working, & pick up on Wednesday. Their response? “Great, we’ll call you first thing in the morning.” No such call. When I called Wed late afternoon, I was again given a dubious reason as to why the car was not ready. The obvious answer is to be upfront with the progress of the repair, and call when you say you will. Do not recommend.

Hey Kevin.... Prestige was recently sold to Son's Auto Collison. Closed for remodeling. With any shop, stopping in for an estimate is key to the first step of the process. The estimate will be given to you by the shop.
