I walked in and ordered two drinks. A few minutes later, the employee told me that they were out of one of them, but they had a similar variety they could offer, so I said cool. But the employee wanted me to pay the difference, which I guess could make sense but I was surprised by due to the context. So I just asked them to cancel the second drink. They refunded me in cash after doing some math on her calculator app. I walked out while putting things away with the other drink, and noticed that the refund was nearly a dollar off. Out of principle I walked back and told the employee, who proceeded to fumble their way through the calculations for a few minutes. Wanting to leave, I did the math and spelled out what they owed me. The other drink was fine, but I was frustrated by this experience of a cashier who could not do simple math. Unrelatedly, this location does not offer almond or oat milk. Unsure about soy.

I made an online order today around 3:16 wasn’t going to be ready until 3:21. I was there early so I didn’t care about waiting . At the end when I receive my drinks I got mango jelly in my KF Tea drink that I customize. My Mango Green Tea that usually come with mango jelly at this location didn’t have any inside. I was told today from the gentleman who was the cashier (he was very respectful about it) that’s they don’t put mango jelly’s inside. At Certain Kung Fu Tea locations they do but the Park Slope one does not. He stated something about different owners. Everytime I order Mango Tea from this location Mango Jelly is always inside my drink so I didn’t understand why it wasn’t in my drink. It’s literally an option on the app so I assume like normal it would be inside the drink. I was literally at this location on the 8th of October I got mango jelly in my Mango Green Tea so the one day difference didn’t make sense to me. The .50 difference wasn’t the issue but if I knew it wasn’t going to be inside I wouldn’t have order the Mango Green Tea. I would of actually made my other drink a large and dip.
