I really want to like them because the tea is great but the customer service isn’t great. I had to asked the cashier 3 times for no sugar only for him to say ok and then on the receipt put 30% sugar. Then the rose oolong milk tea came out with bubbles when I requested for no bubbles and it wasn’t on the receipt. So the barista said I would need to order another one since they won’t correct their mistake on their end. If that was the case, why did the cashier not ask if I wanted bubbles or not just to reconfirm? Management should train their staff a bit better.
