They are incredibly unprofessional and I have consistently received other peoples clothing. I spent this month alone almost 150.00. It’s amazing how untrained professionalism can destroy a business. This review and situation is is due to not sending .55 By accident. I call about it and she hangs up on me saying she doesn’t have time … yet when I called back shocked !!! Literally shocked !!!! I that she would hang up … (have been nothing but polite with this business) I timed it she spent over a minute saying what she wanted to say and when I tried to speak she talked over me again and then says she doesn’t have time yet again. Usually people behave that way when they know they are wrong and instead of saying no worries I’ll add to the next order etc. she basically said she doesn’t care about having me as a customer oh she was doing me a favor yet she also said she has two other clients on my area as well ..Montclair … Blows my mind that in this day and age people still don’t understand that customers are the reason you have a job even if you are the owner. I tip and use there service on a regular basis and she tells me she was doing me a favor lol. So sad I had work done in my house since the new year luckily it’s almost over and I can use my washing machine and dryer again.

It’s good to clarify that the actual washing and folding of clothes is very …We apologize for the mistake our employee made but its kind of easy the bags gets misplaced when you drop off and leave your order for 7 days in the store ,we have many bags in and out every day especially if you don't show your receipt at the moment of the pick up. Im sorry because like I told you over the phone we can't deliver order when the customer drop off the order at the store you get upset because all of this situation. Sorry for the inconvenience and wishing you the best luck 🍀

Called their delivery service for the first time today and I couldn't ask for better service. They are on time and clothes come back smelling great. Great communication also. I Will call again for their service thank youThanks so much 😊

Terrible. It’s good to clarify that the actual washing and folding of clothes is very good. The issue is the manager and whoever else is in charge of dealing with questions and issues that come up with a missing bag or trying to get a spot for delivery. In sum, that part of customer service is lacking. I have used the “drop off” and “delivery” wash and fold services. In the beginning everything was good. I was actually quite happy with it. But then it became a hassle. 1. Wash and fold delivery services: even when reserving days in advance, the manager did not send the driver for the pick up of my clothes on the day it was agreed upon. There was no call o text stating it. When I reached out via text the answer was “I’m sorry the driver was full as well as the laundromat” 2. Wash and fold drop off: because of moving residences, I had a lot to send so I decided to use the drop off service. When picking it up, even after noticing that perhaps the order was not complete, I checked and I was told that everything was there. At home, when putting the clothes away, I noticed that two comforters were missing. The issue for me is not that human error cannot happen, but the way it was handled. They tried to pin it on me (the customer) that I did not check and I should have said something at the time of pick up… and I did ask about it. When checking the website to call the store, there were 2 numbers: 1 ended up being the contact for wash and fold. I spoke with the person in charge and told me I had to go to the store, she was gone for the day and also that she was the manager. There was such a lack of responsibility and carelessness. It’s very unfortunate because they are good at washing and folding services. However, having to deal with unnecessary back and forth, when one is trying to support local businesses, it’s time consuming. I’m trying an app for wash and fold delivery services from now on.
