Well first I appreciated that I was able to have access to washing machines right away. But when checking for the prices on the digital screen a bedbug was crawling around inside screen which is why I left.

Customer Service sucks, they are very unprofessional. They allow the machines to take your money and will not refund you back. There are bugs around the machines, place needs a serious upgrade.

I'm not sure why they dont answer. But I regularly see those ladies on a constant move. They are always walking around sweeping wiping the machines down cleaning the lintel drawers and dealing with customers. So they are often working around in the laundrymat that is probably why the dont answer the phone
