If I could give them a worse rating I would. Today was very traumatic. I had an appointment at 9am and I am just getting home at 12:30pm. I met the manager and owner up at the King of Prussia location. The outcome was not desired. After a long conversation with both the manager and owner, I was handed $40 cash from the owners personal wallet to "buy myself an eyebrow pencil" I felt shamed as the victim who experienced a horrible waxing from Sarah at the Haverford location. I went to Sephora and talked to a woman there. She drew back on my eyebrow as I cried in her chair. She said that you really have to be terrible to mess up the kind of eye brows I had. She said that I should call the "boards" and have their place examined, because perhaps these people should not be practicing. The first picture is my eye brows before todays appointment. The second picture was after the appointment and the last picture is the draw on eyebrows from the lovely woman from Sephora. I spent $43 at Sephora and $13 on amazon for Castor oil that the woman at Sephora told me to buy to help with hair growth. This has really ripped away my confidence and the manager and owner had made me feel so bad about myself. I was told I was being "dramatic" and "its really not that bad" and that "they will grow back" I think they just didn't want to implicate themselves and minimize the problem. I'll let the people here who read this decide whether this is a professional eye brow wax from someone who knows what they are doing and has been "trained" as their staff told me Sarah was. In the meantime, I will be calling their corporate head quarters, reaching out to PA state boards because I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. EDIT: The pictures after I click post are not posting after a second attempt, but hopefully maybe they will pop up later and might be that google needs to review it. EDIT 3 YEARS LATER: my eyebrow still hasn’t grown in. Some hair has formed, but I have spent lots of money on pencils and serums to grow it back. The $40 that manager gave me was a slap in the face reassuring me it would grow back. We’ll it didn’t and I’m here to write 3 years after the fact because it’s that horrible. I hope she reads this and the way she acted towards me haunts her in her sleep. Saying I wouldn’t need micro blading… We’ll I do and I think after 3 years I’m going to make the investment. Don’t ever come to this place. Work with people who care about you. If this one review can save someone else the struggle, I’m glad to have made a 3 year update and what became of this whole thing. And by the way she also owns the location out close to king of Prussia. So don’t be fooled.

I got this massage for my boyfriend birthday present since he’s been having aching back pain due to discomfort sleeping and working . He’s tried many other places and I really hoped Hand & Stone would be the right one . Unfortunately not . He’s a muscular built and his masseuse was Older and could not fulfill his needs. He got off the table feeling exactly how he did coming in. The whole point was to make the client feel relaxed as he was given deep tissue massage. . The women complaint of being tired and old , i guess she knew she wasn’t doing a good job. He said I give him better ones at home. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
