Have ordered from Remedy at the suggestion of a friend. Each of my four orders were shipped promptly and very carefully packaged. Their selection of whisky is very diverse and prices competitive. Would highly recommend.

This place has terrible customer service. I placed an online order for instore pick up of 6 bottles of whiskey. I received a email confirmation that the items were ready for pick up. I even called to confirm that the items were ready for pick up. I proceeded to drive 45 minutes to the store to pick up the whiskey. The employee searched for 20 minutes for the items and said that they only had one bottle and the rest were sold to someone else. He and his manager just stood there - didn't offer an apology or a solution. I had to ask "so what are my options?" before he offered to refund my items or wait until the item comes back in stock (which he had no timetable for). I explained that I drove 45 minutes because I double confirmed that my order was ready for pick up and that this was very disappointing. The manager and employee just stood there and stared at me. I asked if they could ship it to me for free because of the wasted time, they of course said no. Goes without saying, I won't be back. In addition to this, not a single employee was wearing a mask during the height of the pandemic.

Huge variety of alcohol to choose from... if you have an alcohol addition then I do not recommend this store, otherwise you are welcome.

Family friend wanted to buy some chocolate filled with chocolate liqueur and this place seemed reasonably priced. I did a quick search (Google Maps) of the area and priced checked these products with two (Jons and Jerry's Liqure store and i quickly realized we were at the higher priced store. The price difference for onc product was nearly $11.00 more and they were identical products...
