I don’t always write reviews, but today I went shopping here around 6 pm. I bought vegetables and fruit . I only bought 1 bag of peaches and 1 bag of nectarines. When a cashier checked out for peaches/nectarines, she didn’t know which one, she tore the bag of peaches/nectarines. I didn’t say anything and understood why she tore it, but it wasn’t good. The bag was broken. She charged 4 times for peaches/nectarines. Yes, she canceled the item, but she only canceled once. Because I read register screen for details, she charged nectarines once, and canceled it. And she charged peaches two times, nectarines one time. So she only canceled once and charged three times. I tried to tell her that she need she need to cancel one more item. I didn’t even say a whole sentence, or just a word. Since she knew or realized what I wanted to say. She told me she canceled it. But she actually only canceled once. She needed to cancel one more time. She didn’t even check the info she typed. — This is the important thing, if a customer says something wrong, a CASHIER MUST CHECK THE REGISTER INFO THAT SHE TYPED !!! But SHE DIDN’T CHECK !!! I worked as a cashier/customer service representative almost 10 years. We always check the info we typed when customers say something wrong. I tried to tell her that she needed to check the register screen/ info. She saw that I wanted to say something. She just called someone(supervisor maybe) and asked her to cancel the whole transaction. That supervisor didn’t even check register info either, she just listened that cashier to cancel the whole transaction. She told a supervisor that she told me she had canceled the item. I told her(supervisor/cashier) : “be patient ”, I only said one sentence or just a word, after that I didn’t say anything. I didn’t do anything wrong! I should take photos(register screen) to prove what I said. But they canceled the whole transaction, they had the receipt that was printed out, they could check it to see who did wrong!!! I took my time to write this review. Hope everyone checks the recipe for purchase details and nothing will be wrong.

Today they had a big line and just 2 register open, I still waiting to pass….and let me congrats to Cristina because when she help them I was able to go home quickly 😀

Went for fruit its much cheaper . the express line was pretty fast. Now the cashier was coughing wiping her nose I felt so awkward WE ARE IN PANDEMIC STILL if this person sick why was she at work .i paid for my items felt very disgusted i should have just walked out and go another store. This is very disgusting and again cashier was obviously sick and the spread of viruses begins this cashier was obviously sick not wearing a mask 😷... Touching everyone food items while wiping her nose and coughing. . Employees and public should be wearing a MASK if they are sick in public places. How sad for community

No, they barely have staff to provide some kind of help to the Latinos, and thats whenever they feel like doing it, otherways they can and will ignore you as long as they want, and the store Manager, well lets say, you can not count on he or she, they are useless when it comes to custumer service
