I normally do not leave reviews like this but I have to this time, especially if it’ll save someone else from walking out and feeling like a fool. Waaaayy over priced shoes not to mention the worry of whether the shoes are real or fake based off previous reviews and Youtube videos. Obviously, I know it is my fault for saying yes instead of walking out the door. I recommend being patient and waiting to find else where.

Zero customer service here. No acknowledgement at all. Most prices way outside of market. $1k for Union IVs is laughable. Step your game up. If you want people to overpay for sneakers, Atleast try offering a good customer experience. 👎🏻

I would highly advise against doing business here because the customer service is worse than a McDonalds drive thru customer service. Their sneakers aren’t real. They try to low ball that amount they’ll buy sneakers from you but in turn try cracking your head on the price for the sneakers they want to sell you. Richard was rude and unprofessional. Definitely do yourself the service and find yourself somewhere to get your sneakers from. Plenty of other reputable companies that care about their clients and doing good business.

Not as we expected. Staff has their issues. Inside the mall retail store fronts cost somewhat higher. But you also get the large volume of people circulating throughout. This does not mean raise your prices through the roof. The idea is to offer reasonable prices and move a higher volume of product. Which means customers are getting deals & fair pricing and the business is profiting as well.
