I have ordered 2 chicken fried rice on May 23 they have burnt the food I called them and they gave a credit I got two chicken fried rice today and they have burnt it again the most worst food ever

Horrible service. I’ve never posted a review before but the service was unbelievably horrible so I have to post my experience. I told the lady my name and it’s to go clearly. I waited for over 20 minutes, no one called me. I found out my food was left on the counter but not pack d to go. So I asked a man to pack but he didn’t do anything so I had to ask another person the same…I wasted my time and the food was cold. I will never order from this restaurant.
