Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and this review isn’t from one experience. As of today I’ll never return here, both coffees I ordered were absolutely wrong. Not even close to what I ordered and whatever the h3ll they did give me is NASTY. The 2 dudes were steady on their phone and the girl who took my order had an attitude. I’d rather wait in a 20 minute drive thru line than stand in this garbage facility. Not to mention, the poor woman who ordered before me also had her drink COMPLETELY wrong. They tried to salvage it… she saw and even said, can’t you just make me a new drink? Numerous bugs in the display case as well. Disgusting. 0/10 stars.

There are two Starbucks in my small town and because this specific Starbucks does not have a drive-thru, I actually prefer it. Why? The lack of an absolutely ridiculously long wait, I’m talking a 30 minute plus wait in your car that snakes it was unsafely through a busy parking lot. Not this Starbucks! Located directly on the square of Gettysburg, the short walk from your vehicle offers a beautiful view and an enjoyable stroll. Not to mention the amazing employees. They are so kind and patient even when they are busy. They make the great drinks you go to Starbucks for and always offer them up with a smile 😊 I choose this Starbucks even if I do have to get out of my car, because I know the service and quality of my order will not leave me disappointed! So if you are ever in Gettysburg and need a caffeine boost or refreshing drink, this is the Starbucks to go to!
