I would first like to say how wonderful this papa John’s location is! Their food and service is top noch! I have never had a bad experience here. We order pizza from this location from time to time. Due to the weather we were unable to pick up our pizza this time. So we decided to have it delivered to our house. What a pleasant surprise! The pizza arrived hot and in a very timely fashion! The delivery driver (younger teen, If I recall correctly, his name was David) was extremely friendly! My wife and I could not of had a better experience with our first time getting delivery from this location! We highly recommend it!! Thank you Papa johns and David for making our family dinner night a great success!!!!!!Thank you for taking the time to review us! We appreciate it and hope you have a great day!

Last time we ordered extra sauces and extra peppers we didnt get them and we were charged for them. I called in to the manager an she said she couldn't give my money back and that we didnt order extra stuff. She wasn't pleasant I was angry. But now when we order we make sure we just dont buy extra stuff it's not worth not knowing if we will get it. It's a shame we love papa John's. But management needs help. And they need to check their orders properly before delivery. The pizza never seems to be consistent either one day it wasn't cooked then another time we ordered it was overly cooked. Love this restaurant but they should be called "Papa Shaq's."
