I love shopping at the Talbot’s Mission Viejo store! I enjoy how friendly the staff is! A very special call out to the manager Vericona that is one of the warmest caring managers I have ever met! She treats her staff and costumer’s so sweetly! Just love this store!

I phoned and shopped at this Talbot's store last Friday in an effort to find a specific top. Their employee assisted me in locating a medium size shirt that was almost out of stock. I received outstanding customer service because the lady at the Mission Viejo store went the extra mile to help. She was friendly and put time into greeting me and ensuring that I found what I needed. I can't wait until they get more maxi dress styles in for the summer and autumn because I will return to this shop.
