I've been seeing Dr. Portugal for over 13+ years. He is a caring professional. His chiropractic treatments have been effective for a variety of ailments I've had in the past. Low back pain, carpal tunnel, tmj pain, cold & flu symptoms, and headaches. The staff has always been nice to me & the clinic's location is super convenient if your looking for a chiropractor in the south orange county area. Highly recommend.

You can tell Dr. Portugal really cares about his patients. I've been seeing him ever since I was in a car accident that totaled my car. I honestly do not believe I would have recovered as well as I did without him. I used to get debilitating migraines that would last days and now I don't experience them at all. I struggled with the use of my right shoulder for a very long time after my accident but seeing him regularly really helped me regain the use of my body again. Most importantly, he listens. If you're feeling tender his adjustments are a bit more gentle or he'll choose to work the area with STEM or stretches before he adjusts you. Most of the time his adjustments are swift purposeful movements that gave me immediate relief. I really can't say enough nice things about him. Highly recommend.
