I purchased a rebuilt 6.1 hemi engine from this business. The engine was not completely rebuilt. Had real shop open it and determine that many of the components Jeep Depot claimed were replaced were in fact not. Also, the block was poorly bored and honed. The engine lasted just over nine months. Unfortunately the warrantee was only for 3 months. Buyer beware! If you’re going to spend a good chunk of pocket change, have your engine rebuilt professionally somewhere else or at least purchase a certified rebuilt engine by a legitimate shop. Do not buy a used engine from these people.

Bought an engine from this place through eBay and received what was supposed to be a rebuilt engine. Within 20 miles/two days of to and from work a rocker arm fell off so we contacted JPD who told us to drive it to pump up the lifters and the knock would go away and after trying to explain that as a technician that I know driving it won't fix a fallen off rocker so they requested we send a video of proof so we made a video but they quit messaging us and would not tell us where to send the video or how. This left me with having to repair the "new" engine out of pocket, fast forward 3 weeks and now I have a rod knocking and I am only 200 miles into break-in and I am now out almost $4,000 and no help from JPD. These guys will rip you off and leave you hanging without any help. Update 5/23/22, Seller finally decided to let me return the engine and didn't send me any explanation of how I supposedly ruined the engine or why they accused me of it before they even seen it but did say that they would refund the money but they have no record of receiving payment from me even though they shipped me the engine so I was asked to dispute through my bank by JPD and they would refund it but now for the last few months the bank keeps saying that the seller won't approve of the charge back so the bank can't even get my money back. Not only did they ship me an engine that was knocking from day one but also refuse to help and told me to drive it then when it shattered 5 pistons and ruined my transmission and oil pan and caused me a tow bill would not respond for around a month until I hired a lawyer to start digging and made mention. All I want is my money back and they won't do it. I have absolutely nothing for the almost $4k spent, not even a pile of scrap metal...

I purchased a rebuilt engine in 2020 and drove 21k miles , then my car stalled out on the road and towed to the mechanic . The mechanic diagnosed the problem and it was the timing chain had slipped and caused the engine to misfire and leaked gas into the oil pan . Now , I find out the gas leaked into the catalytic converter and may need to a new one . The mechanic had to add new timing chain kit , however waiting replace the catalytic converter . Just the timing chain replacement cost $1500 with labor . Do not buy rebuilt engines fm this place . They are not changing out all the most important parts .

Avoid. Basically a gouging operation. Customer service "horrible" & little self-awareness in dealing with customers. If you want to pay 30% more for already over-priced parts on the market, come here. If you want to feel hustled, come here. UPDATE: I posted the above review based on my experience with "Roman" who was coordinating this effort. He just needs to own it. Bottom-line, we couldn't come to terms on what I believed to be over-priced TJ doors off a vehicle that had experienced front-end collision damage, so no guarantee they would even align correctly without some work. Visually, not bad doors. OK, no Biggy on the above. While seeking a solution for alternative doors, Roman became COMPLETELY inattentive & dismissive. Mind you, I'm out-of-state & we had been communicating for a week in coordinating this effort which explains the 3rd Party involvement. So now in an effort to have the negative review removed, Roman is texting me and publishing my phone #? Looks like not only does he have poor customer service skills, he is also in the business of attempting to intimidate customers. Why doesn't that surprise me? Check my logo out, I'm not the intimidated type...I'm the other type. Is this the type of behavior Jeep Part Depot condones? So this should tell you everything you need to know. You will OVER pay, get SUB-PAR customer service, and if they don't like the review, they will revert to coercive, unprofessional means to get it removed. I encourage EVERY Jeep enthusiast & the entire Jeep Nation to AVOID this place lest you experience the same as me and others as noted in the reviews. P.S. The Craig's List TJ doors Roman is citing as being comparable in price (to justify his position) have OEM mirrors, are coming off a pristine/straight TJ (that means undamaged, Roman), and have keys to the door. Comparing apples to oranges here...FYI Note: With patience, I ended up getting fully functional doors in better condition for $800. FYI.

Try to call , very friendly place.
The only way to really know is to call and talk to them, they may have to walk into the yard and look... they don't let you walk the yard.
Customers are only allowed in the yard if we are accompanying them.
Don't know tthey r still open
