The hair stylist Cassandra was really helpful and professional, she cut my hair and trimmed my mustache and beard exactly like I wanted. I will definitely be coming back. Great atmosphere and helpful. She clean up as she works, I was very impressed. Excellent all around.

My spouse went to this salon yesterday after looking at photos of past client’s hair. She had a relaxing treatment where the stylists burnt off half of her hair, making it totally bald in some areas. The stylist saw her mistake and lied to my wife, saying that “no hair washed out” during the treatment so she would still get paid. Don’t waste your time here, with someone who will destroy your hair, smile in your face and take your money. You can do better in Los Angeles.

I scheduled an appointment to get a relaxer done. I went in with virgin hair about two years growth. I let Melanie know that I have delicate hair, but otherwise healthy so be gentle. So I noticed right away that my hair was INCREDIBLY THIN after my relaxer treatment.. I told Melanie that my hair has fallen out looked thin. She swore up and down that no hair fell out at all. And that it was just my texture of hair that is fine. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and paid and tipped her. Only to get home and see that I have bald areas all over my head, on the side and on the back. She charged me $150 and I tipped $50. I had to go to the hair store to get some clip ins to fill out my hair, Clip ins were about $60. Altogether paid $260 today to get my hair burned off, and lied to my face. Nobody said a word to her about her work on my hair that shows poor character. I saw another review said the salon was not very friendly place, I can see why, Don’t go to this salon and get jacked up.
