My dog was boarded here for 7 days, while I went on vacation. I wanted my dog to have a "spa" experience. I ordered a bath, nail cutting and several days with one on one play. When I picked up my dog, he seemed very happy. His fur was soft and his nails nice and short. I plan to use Happy Pets in the future and will recommend it to others!

Best groomer (Leland) and place around to board your dogs. It's the only place I can drop my dogs at and they are happy to go. Been coming here for 10+ years for a reason. 5 stars is not enough...

Happy Pets will always be my first and only choice when it comes to my girls!!! The staff are kind and courteous and took very good care of my dogs. I am an OTR Truck Driver, and I ran into and issue where what was supposed to be them enrolled in the Doggie Day Care program turned into a short week long stay, that THEN turned into a well extended month long stay. The staff here were extremely understanding and accommodating of my situation. They were also very patient with me when I would call and ask for updates all the time and ask many questions about everything from their feeding schedule to their potty training.. I highly recommend this place and will always use their services!

If you want professional care for your animals do not board them or bring them to this place. The staff is untrained none of them have experience with animals. The lack of care the staff shows is saddening. Change in ownership has made the facility go down from a 5 star to a 1 star, on not only customer service but the cleanliness is awful. I have heard the amount of safety hazards from this place is tremendous. I used to feel safe boarding my pets here but not any longer, it is not a sanitary or a loving safe boarding facility.
