I flew from Hawaii to Scalp Micro USA in LA to get certified and trained in Scalp Micropigmentation, back in May. I can’t say enough great things about this company and the guys there. Derek was our trainer. He was super professional, knowledgeable , and so easy to learn from. Brad was there working on scalps and was super great as well answering all the questions we would ask him as we watched him work. They are so so talented. I left there feeling confident to go out and work on my own. To this day , I’m still in touch with the guys, and still reach out if I get stuck on something. Derek is always so helpful, and a great mentor. I 1000% recommend this company in LA if you ever want training or need to get the service done for yourself. This is the place to go.

I will certainly agree that the guys at Scalp Micro USA in LA operate a clean and professional shop. They hold themselves and the business to the highest standards. Derek and Brad are both very skillful and knowledgeable, but I would like to speak to the life changing process they are delivering to clients. I was never happy about going bald and haven’t liked my appearance for years and Derek has changed all of that for me. Derek did such an amazing job and truly is an artist with his work. At 40+ years old I feel like a new man and I have Derek to thank for that. If you aren’t happy with yourself when you look in the mirror and it’s because of your lack of hair I urge to go and have a conversation with him. Thank you so much Derek. What can I say that hasn’t already been shared in the glowing reviews? What an absolutely amazing experience with Scalp Micro USA LA. Derek was awesome from beginning to end. The consultation creates excitement, then comes the first appointment where I told Derek exactly what I wanted. He gave me undivided attention and really made me feel comfortable about SMP. The best part was my final appointment where I was completely blown away by the results. I told Derek that I went in with high expectations and those expectations were shattered after holding that mirror and seeing the final results. He exceeded every expectation that I had and that is what you’ll be getting from the guys here. I enjoyed my treatment with Derek - he’s hilarious but extremely serious about his craft. There’s no comparison to the work they do. My advice is to start with the best so you don’t have to worry about the results. You go in with confidence and you leave feeling confident. Best decision ever!

This review is long overdue. I finished my third procedure back in January and couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. The excellent service starts at the front with Alex who is friendly and also knowledgeable. I was a model (which was a blast) and she explained the whole process and was able to answer all of my questions. Derek was my artist and he couldn't be more engaging, and makes you feel very comfortable. His work has my old self and confidence back. He's a true artist!! Don't hesitate if you are balding and want to rock the close cropped look. For me I don't have to shave my head every day because in my opinion, it looks better even with a weeks growth but not more. Scalp micropigmentation is non-invasive and requires no down time. In most cases, you will not need to take any extended time away from work, school, or other functions.
