I have read all of the glowing reviews but my experience was nothing like that. I filled out the online application for a CX-9. I received a response that I had been approved. I went into the lot and was told, "Ohh, it wasn't for the CX-5 not the CX-9." I was FURIOUS...We were in constant contact, why wasn't I told? I felt like that did that used car salesman bate and switch. They had all kind of excuses as to why I didn't qualify for the CX-9. I ended up taking the CX-5. A week later I contacted Mazda in Corona for a CX-9. They got me approved and took the trade in on that CX-5 with no problems. I think the managers at Riverside were racist I think they didn't try because they wanted me to just be grateful. THANKS TO MAZDA IN CORONA I GOT THE CAR I WANTED.

I called because we were 73 Miles from home and had issues with our tires. I purchased my car brand new a month and a half ago in Palm Springs. Early in the morning one of our passenger side tires blew, luckily we weren't far from home yet. We had it replaced and everything else was fine. We drove out of town and next thing we know one of our driver's side tires went out. We were at a loss, two brand new tires out within hours from each other. I called to see if there was any way to replace or fix a tire. I explained we were far from home with 4 young children in the car, it seemed like the person I spoke to was more concerned with letting me know that it wouldn't be covered under the warranty (I didn't even ask) than helping us out with available options. She said we would have to set an appointment for another day, I explained that wasn't an option for us. This is my first time owning a Mazda and it's very disheartening to see the lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist a customer with every available option.

Clem was an absolute champ. I was in this weekend after walking 13 lots in 4 different cities. I wasn't completely sure of what I wanted to drive yet but I did know that I did not want my experience to be like the one I had in the Fall of 2018 when I purchased my first car. I was sending away all sales men at every dealership- I had already done some online shopping it was just a matter of in-person meeting the car; I wanted to do it at my own rhythm and be able to walk away. When we came up to the lot he was very attentive and immediately offered help, BUT WE SENT HIM AWAY. I'm sure he thought we where a little mean but to be fair we did ask to be left alone for a few minutes and we would come grab him when we were ready. It only took us about 15 mins to decided we were ready to test drive and ask some questions. Clem was amazing! He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. So much so that we very well may be making a second vehicle purchase with him very soon! Thanks Clem I love my Mazda!!

Awesome staff and very easy process with maintenance on my vehicle. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service was fantastic. Everyone was nice and friendly, even offered to give me a ride home or to Starbucks while I waited. Everything I went for was completed and they even advised of future maintenance which could be helpful. There was no pushy sales nor did I feel pressured into anything. I'll definitely go back in the future.

Social distancing, customers wait outside of the building, when you try a car you go by yourself for 20 minutes. Good experience
