This was my first time at this office . The front office staff and techs were all nice . What I didn’t like is the fact that the Dr starts to work on you , stops mid way to work on other patients and leaves you waiting . Then she comes back , does a little work and leaves again . As a patient that is really annoying . I get you’re trying to get through all your patients , but if you’re that busy maybe book less people ? I’m all about the patient experience, and customer service . Another thing is that the Dr didn’t introduce herself . Not very professional. I feel the person in charge of billing try’s to sell you all this work that “you need done .” What if the person isn’t financially able to afford all the “work they need done?” That was really annoying . They really need to work on all the issues and maybe they’ll have a better chance .

Smiles west dental helped me get the right help that I needed it would have been even better!! If they would have helped me find a good oral surgeon at the moment that I needed one But for my issue at hand at the moment They helped the best they could

Waited over an hour to see the dentist. Since the dentist took so long the dental hygentist went home. The office manager is always frustrated when you ask questions about the cost even though I have found 2 billing errors where she tried to overcharge me. She doesn't like to be asked any questions and even suggested I should go to another dentist since I question her information.

I've been going to this office since they were SmileCare. They are on the expensive side however the experience is well worth it. The hygienist is wonderful at explaining exactly what she's doing and educating you on how to keep your gums healthy. The techs are very personable; one had to redo a dental imprint for me which was overlapping her lunch time where she had an appointment. She just continued and called to delay her own appointment. Dr.Yazdi and I have spent a lot of time together since I've had extensive dental work. He makes jokes and keeps a light atmosphere. Patty, Liz and the front office team have excellent customer service skills. Again they are expensive and insurance doesn't pay for much. Much work is done by specialists and this does make those procedures more expensive. Patty explains the procedures to be done because she's explaining what insurance will and won't cover. I have been happy with this dental office for about 10 years.
