The initial installation was faulty requiring service to fix a problem that should have never occurred. Receptionist was rude, managers unresponsive, service was poor. They charged my credit card on file without authorization to do so. Very upsetting and frustrating experience. After being a customer of theirs for 20 years, it is clear to me they do not value my business. I will be looking for a new provider.

One of the workers were so kind and respectful. He was kind enough to buy my friend and I our subway sandwiches. I could just tell he’s so profession his line of work.

We had our Old Pool Cover Replaced... Pool Covers Inc did a Nice Job taking off the old one & replacing it with a new one in just a few hours. A pleasant young man did the job all by himself. I thought it would have required 2 but the 1 fellow managed it. We are pleased with the New Cover!!!

I have a 30 year old Pool Saver automatic pool cover which was ripped and hadn’t been operational in 15 years. Pool Covers Inc replaced my cover and did a full maintenance including replacing all the pulleys as well as cleaning and lubing the mechanism. The cost was very reasonable and the service was prompt and professional. I highly recommend Pool Covers Inc and will use them again in the future.

Yes depends if you go with a automatic or Manuel option you would need to talk to sales about prices.
Open your vault, pull the pin from the drive shaft, unwind the ropes, keep them separate. Easiest to walk them back the length of the pool. Use a 3/8 or 1/3 inch ratchet on the opposite side of the vault in the slot(usually the right side of the drum that the cover rolls up on, insert ratchet and draw back toward yourself. Depending on the it will take awhile but it will be easy with the drive pin out.
Yes, but your pool equipment jandy has to be set up for it. There might be a way to do it but usually the pool builder company sets up the electrical side of it so that that type of controller can be installed.
Unfortunately without seeing a photo, video, of the area affected or physically being there, there isn’t a way to guide you in fixing the issue. Most of the time it’s a broken glider causing the leading edge to hang. Other times the rope has come out of track, others the fabric may have been torn from age or animal. Good luck
