I recently went with a few concerns and was helped by a very sweet lady. Says she's been working there for so many years but I forgot her name sadly (I'm terrible with names). I am not a super feminine person and I do not like the feel or look of make up really but with her, I gave it a shot. It took her one try to find an exact match as far as foundation and it looked like I wasn't wearing any for a sec. She gave me some samples to try with my purchases and was very kind and thorough. Even helped my husband. I love when places pay attention to detail like this. It just makes the shopping much easier/enjoyable for the customer

I always have a great experience at this location. Valerie was amazing and extremely helpful. She was able to color match me and find the perfect colors and products I needed! She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!

I went in the Ontario mills location looking for a shampoo and conditioner to help the dryness from my highlight root touch up and my blonde. Didn't exactly know what to get so I told one of young ladies working and showed me exactly that. I have used way she sold me and I was not disappointed!!
