2 bottles of shimmering body spray didn't work so a nice store representative at the entrance of the store helped me. I continued to shop and went to the back to checkout. I had a total of 4 rewards. I had 16 items and she put them all in one small bag. They had to re-ring for the rewards to work. I put the 2 bottles from the exchange in 1 of the 2 bags I had to ask for. The other associate that came to help all but accused me of stealing the bottles. She called the front of the store to verify and was very rude and unprofessional. I spent over $300 in 2 weeks including all the rewards and I am accused of stealing 2 bottles I already purchased and I had the receipt.

Honestly the employees are so rude the greeter yelled at me for smelling the scents I had my mask on idk how I’m supposed to purchase a scent without smelling it. Then I was standing in line and the cashier completely ignored me and didn’t even greet me i was the only one in line honesty I’m not someone to leave bad reviews but terrible service the employees are super rude management needs to hire new nicer employees!! Not going back to this bath and body works
