Avoid at all cost! Brianna and Emily, two of the rudest staff I've ever spoken with in my life. They seem to have issues with everyone. They don't return calls, don't respond to pharmacist request and they make excuses for not flowing through on things. Emily (office manager) spends more time playing on her cell phone than doing her actual job. She also spends more time pointing out its everyone else's fault than trying to rectify the situation. She was even rude to the Insurance company. I was told to do labs but when I showed up to do them Brianna failed to send them in. Don't bother mentioning it to the Doctor, he will straight out tell you he doesn't care.

Dr Radlauer is a solid doctor and is there to help. Receptionist isn't 5 star but the staff is probably really busy and doing what they can. Good doctor!

Dr. Radlauer is everything I want in a doctor. He's professional, thorough and explains my issues in a way that I can understand. His personality is warm, sensitive and comforting. I feel I am in excellent hands. His staff is efficient and personable.

Switching over to a new Dr as soon as my test and all results are done. Answers personal calls during one on one with patients. Doesn't take your concerns seriously. Even if you have a family history of something he will not check you for it, because he needs proof of thier illness. He doesn't trust what his patients say or how they feel. Doesn't allow you to get second opinions if you don't feel comfortable with the referral he gave you. Rude on countless occasions. I walk out feeling as if my concerns are not taken seriously, makes me feel dumb, like trash, and as if I'm wrong about how I feel. Takes months to get into his office. Won't give over the phone referrals even if it's something as simple as seeing a real obgyn. Told him the ER and even urgent care asked for him to request a referral as soon as possible. Instead he says He needs his own proof not theirs. He lost my results for my well woman exam on one occasion. His staff is amazing and they are what keep the office going. My loved ones who witnessed this have been upset with this treatment towards me. And want to report this behavior but I rather switch to an actual good physician. Still a patient and this review may harm the way he treats me until I change drs. But this needs to be known that this is unacceptable.
