We had a 3 hour drive on a Saturday morning to visit and hopefully purchase my first wigs . Trinity was great , considering she was the only one working . It was sad watching her try to give customer service to a busy afternoon we had to wait while she was running around trying to attend to customers sitting and others walking in Not fair it got really busy while we were there and she needed some help , I can see where someone would consider poor customer service not her fault . I hope this isn’t normal practice of the owners. Trinity thank you so much for trying to give us great customer service hopefully next time we visit we don’t see you working all by yourself . I did purchase 2 wigs with the help of Trinity running around hopefully I will be happy with them . I rated 2 stars towards owners not having at least 2 employees to help each other .

I have had my first wig for 6 weeks now. I am 73, and bought a Chrisie in Almond Rocha. I love this wig! And I had all the information I needed by watching the videos beforehand. I 'm just saving to by my next couple of wigs! Many ask me about it as it was abog change!

I bought a couple of wigs from Godiva to hide my pixie as it's growing out. One was Freedom in Frosted Taupe and a frosted taupe Cristie. Both were so cute but the Cristie had sides not long enough for me and the Freedom is absolutely awesome. Had it on tonight and my husband said nice hair, he thought I just had it done, even though it's longer?? Anyhow I'm ordering another wig tonight in Frosted taupe and maybe a couple more later.

First, Tiffany is awesome! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After learning what I liked and disliked she was able to steer my right to my new hair style. She even educated me in what I was doing wrong with my current wig. This was my second wig purchase from Godiva and I love the versatility and ease of their was and wear wigs. Thanks Godiva for giving me back my confidence!
