I recommend this salon for all your hair needs, I needed a place open after 6pm and they got me in and out by closing time even with the short notice basically a walk in as the other gentleman that came in after me ! Thank you lady's and you definitely have a repeat customer !!

I don't know what happened to this place. The owners are very nice. I have been going here for years but after my last experience I don't think I will be going back anymore..I called to schedule an appointment, was cancelled and re scheduled several times, without my knowledge until arriving for these appointments. Then a lady rescheduled me for later that final day because I couldn't put it off anymore. Come back and was double booked, again...then after waiting 30-45 mins...no big deal....Jamie decides to repeatedly slam her clippers against my head and pretend to be cutting hair??? Idk...I'm pretty sure she just got out of school orsomething but I've been getting haircuts for 36 years and never experienced anything like this. Then after enduring her torture for 30 mins, her clippers "died" and my hair was then halfway cut. No offer to fix it, nothing human or personable out of her the entire time. I faked being calm, trying to have conversation and ignoring whatever she was doing up there just so I could finally escape. I was still ready to pay,as at this point I just didn't want to play into whatever was going on at this place. I paid, and I tipped 10$ per usual so maybe she would feel guilty about what she put me through. I understand rescheduling, I understand being short staffed, I do not understand nor appreciate immature behavior in a professional setting and I would not have this person working for me! As a happy customer of 20+ years I am saddened to see this is what the employees are now. I never went back to talk to the owner, or to have it fixed..it was so terrible I had my partner fix it as fast as possible to be rid of the entire experience and not ever look back at ut. Idk if I can provide pics but I will if I can..unacceptable behavior that iust turned one of your most loyal customers into a hesitant skeptic of the people working here. What happened to all the employees that were here??? Who are these people trying to cut hair???? Anyways, I do not recommend stepping foot in this place anymore..so sad to say...Jamie, you deserve to have your license revoked...if you have one in the first place...sad sad...smh..pitiful really.
