Focil Construction recently completed a full condo remodeling project for us and we are delighted with the results! In addition to the complete kitchen and two bathrooms remodel, Joseph and his crew installed new flooring throughout, replaced all doors and all light fixtures, installed new tankless water heater, repaired and painted drywalls and ceiling, etc. Our old condo was completely transformed and upgraded with the impeccable quality, increasing the value tremendously! Joseph is everything you want your contractor to be: organized, professional, responsive and always on time. Throughout the entire construction, Joseph was very quick to answer any of our questions and updated us on the progress every day. It was very important for us because we were out of state during the entire project. He is patient, knowledgeable and was there for us every step of the way. He gave us design and construction recommendations and all of them were spot on and without any pressure. The project was scheduled to take three months but Joseph finished it 3 weeks earlier. It was a great experience having him work on our condo. We are more than pleased with Focil Construction and recommend them with no reservations.
