The only auto facility open on Sunday for miles! What a great shop with a great manager, Michele. Michele runs this facility with precision. She is on top of everything, answers phones and treats customers with complete care and respect. Michele is like a conductor of an orchestra and handles herself and class with total grace. Thank you for saving the day with my dead battery. Great service, employees, and very very efficient.

I confirmed the parts availability and fit and made an appointment online. When I got there they weren’t sure if they had the battery in stock or that it would fit. A bit alarming. Thankfully they did. I made an appointment and since it’s just a battery change I was thinking I could wait and it’d be done in 20- minutes to an hour. It was 3pm, they told me it’ll be ready by 5:30/6 and they close then. I was a little confused by the long wait time but confirmed that it’s going to be a while before leaving. I got a ride home from a friend and 20 minutes after getting home I get a call that it’s ready. So all in all it took 40 minutes and I wish I would have been told to wait there and it’ll be done within an hour instead of wasting my friends gas and time. The biggest problem is communication from the company’s website and the people at the shop. They seem to be in the dark and the site is just making their job harder. Michelle was friendly and helpful but she seemed to be left in the dark about the time and availability of items.

The staff goes out of their way to be rude and make it known they couldn’t care less about helping you. I took my cars here for years, made an appointment, and when I got to the appointment they told me they don’t service engine troubles. Then why didn’t you tell me that before I wasted my time coming to the appointment? Her answer, “you didn’t ask.” Well, I shouldn’t have to! If I’m scheduling the appointment for it, then you should tell me. Rude, horrible service. Last time I was here it took 3 full days for an oil change. I went without my car 3 days to be a loyal customer, and then get treated terribly.

I took my car to Pepboys last week because of the low tire pressure. They did a complete revision and helped me determine the best options for my new tires (I needed to change them). Marco did more than just change my tires and Carlos, the person at the front desk, was super helpful and patient explaining all my car needs. I'll return to this store for sure.

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.

yes they sell license plate frames. just visit the location.
Go elsewhere. Bad service and they tend to screw up vehicles.
