This is what we pay for… Why are pet owners are placed in rooms that are a complete dumps? Take this room, 123, TV did not had a steady signal… the audio and signal will cut out periodically, but that’s not their fault. The linen looked like it was washed with glass, since every piece of the bed and even shower curtain had all their threads pulled up. I only took the picture of the bed because it really hit my last nerve. Knowing my pet was sleeping Literally under that nasty mattress. The place looked like it was remodeled by the worst home flippers in the state of Pennsylvania, I am not the one to bash on reviews, but this has to stop… I feel this hotel took advance of my pet situation and placed on a “less than average” room, you know it those rooms that had been used for smoking, since the ban of smoking in hotel rooms back in 2006 AND still smells like smoke. Why? There’s no apology that can make this right.

Maurice took my phone call when I was on the road trying to figure out where I was going to stay for this business trip, right away, the customer service was outstanding. America needs more people like him… His work ethic, customer service, and general kindness reminds me of better times. As a business owner, I would trust this man with my brand, which says more than anything else I can write.

Verified Hotel Guest

Positive: The room was updated from photos posted on the internet, the facilities were nice and breakfast was good. Negative: The room carpet was extremely dirty and the bathroom was way too small. Now we COVID-19 procedures they don't clean your room everyday, It was noticeable the poor cleaning between guests. We found some socks in the floor from previous guests.

What a dump. We came for a soccer tournament and stayed three nights. Biggest problem was the comforters all had disgusting stains on them (blood/urine). I mean ALL. We asked for a clean one and were told they were all stained. Rooms are dirty and carpets are a mess of stains. Hallways are not air conditioned and falling apart. Our toilet didn’t work, so we had to switch rooms. New room was just as bad. One of the elevators was permanently out of service. Plenty of other broken things. Pretty sure there were people living there as well. One side of the hotel is just all noise from highway. Would have given 1 star but the evening front desk guy was awesome. Didn’t catch his name though. There are plenty of better, similarly priced hotels right in that area. Please avoid this one.
