Overall good experience. There should be a rule that penalizes people for leaving their car UNATTENDED at the gas fiilup spot. Come on. Be respectful.

Worst and slowest service I've ever experienced at a sheetz. Waited 53 min for one hot dog and two bags of fries and it was cold when I got it. While the manager and another worker standing there talking the whole time.

We got checked in twice at the drivethru window twice with oh you don't have your food yet let me go check on it after waiting quite a while then never came back with any sort of update either time. You're suppose to say hey sorry it's going to be such n such time and possibly make up some reason why. Nothing just waiting and watching her make faces and drink her soda. Spent the same amount of time waiting here as a full dining experience at a restaurant. Like say you guys are busy something you don't forget someone's at a window literally just came up and said, "yall are still waiting on your food"/then just came back and said "I'm so sorry they just left it sitting back there", like what?! Why did you never check. She did get me a strawberry milk in the beginning and take my criticism/advice well and I appreciate that. She followed with another apology and admitting some fault. Also calling out what looked like the manager, you should intermittently check on your people and what's going on while doing inventory.

Explain to me how long it takes to fry mozzarella sticks 🤔 Mobile ordered and yet I still waited over half an hour. I didn't even bother telling them I left. Enjoy the free mozzarella sticks.
