What an ignorant woman. Was explaining that a uhaul location closer to me might have the truck I need, but I would like to reserve here as well just in case the other truck wasn’t repaired on time. When she asked me if 8 hrs was enough time I stated I would need it for two days. She then very rudely said she wasn’t going to rent me “her trucks” for 2 days especially when I mentioned I may cancel the reservation. Not sure whatever happened to customer service? Will not be back!

Can’t get a answer about a hitch that I ordered 1 1/2 months ago and very hard to get a human to talk to but when I did speak with someone she was very nice but had no answers and could not get a hold of manager. I NEED my hitch!
